Martrez Milner - TE - Giants Sep. 24 - 12:00 AM et

Giants add Martrez Milner to practice squad
Milner was released by the Falcons last week.

John Broussard - WR - Giants Sep. 24 - 12:00 AM et

Giants sign WR Broussard
Broussard is well thought of by league insiders. The Giants are extremely deep at WR, but are always looking for an edge. GM Jerry Reese has been fantastic since replacing Ernie Accorsi and the team will be good for a long time.

Taye Biddle - WR - Giants Sep. 24 - 12:00 AM et

Giants sign WR Biddle
He'll replace Plaxico Burress on the 53-man roster for Week 5.

Plaxico Burress - WR - Giants Sep. 4 - 12:00 AM et

Report: Plax gets five-year, $35 million deal
Burress' old deal, which was good through 2010, was torn up. Plax is 31 and may not make it to the end of this new contract, but he's come into his own in the past three seasons with 29 TDs and 3,227 yards (15.4 YPC) over that span. Burress isn't force fed targets in the Giants' attack, but should remain a high-scoring, high-yardage wideout for at least 2-3 more seasons.

Andre Woodson - QB - Giants Aug. 31 - 12:00 AM et

Woodson, Monk go on Giants practice squad
Woodson will be the third QB in theory behind Eli Manning and David Carr. It's not a surprise Woodson drew little interest after a poor training camp.

Jerome McDougle - DL - Giants Aug. 31 - 12:00 AM et

Jints add ex-Eagle McDougle to defensive line
The Eagles are kicking themselves right now. McDougle seemed to revitalize his career this preseason, recording 2.5 sacks, and doesn't have much in front of him (Dave Tollefson, Renaldo Wynn) in his bid for playing time. The 2003 No. 15 overall pick is 29 now, but has Justin Tuck-like potential in NYC.

Rodney Leisle - DL - Giants Aug. 31 - 12:00 AM et

Giants release DT Leisle
This makes room for Jerome McDougle. "And I felt badly about that," coach Tom Coughlin said after announcing it. Probably not as bad as Rodney does.

Brandon London - WR - Giants Aug. 30 - 12:00 AM et

Giants waive WR Brandon London.
They chose Sinorice Moss' draft status over London's game. London probably also has more upside. He seems sure to get claimed, possibly by Miami.

Jerome Collins - TE - Giants Aug. 30 - 12:00 AM et

Giants waive a bunch
Collins looks the part, but has never made an NFL impact. Gilberry is practice squad material. It's uncertain if Digger is released to ESPN's Phelps.

Andre Woodson - QB - Giants Aug. 30 - 12:00 AM et

Giants will go with two quarterbacks
Falling to the sixth round had to shake Woodson's confidence and he apparently never got it back, throwing pick after pick in training camp practices. The Giants are showing a lot of faith in David Carr as the only QB on their roster after Eli Manning. They may now keep five tailbacks.
